    Your step-by-step guide

    Everything you need to know to apply to INSIAC from abroad and prepare for your arrival in France.

    Step 1 of 4

    Admission file

    Submit your application online and upload a copy of your passport in your candidate portal.

    • Complete the online application form on our registration page
    • Upload a digital copy of your valid passport
    • Attach your transcripts from the last two years of study
    • Write a motivation letter describing your professional project
    • Submit the complete file — review time: 5–10 business days

    Please note

    Tip: prepare all your documents before starting. An incomplete file cannot be reviewed.

    Step 2 of 4

    Admission letter

    Once accepted, download your official admission letter as a PDF from your portal.

    • You receive an email notification as soon as your file is accepted
    • Log in to your candidate portal and download the letter as a PDF
    • The letter specifies your program, level, and start dates
    • This document is essential for your visa and Campus France procedures
    • Keep several digital copies and one printed copy

    Please note

    Tip: your letter is valid for the intake indicated. Contact us if you wish to defer your enrollment.

    Step 3 of 4

    Visa attestation

    Generate your certificate of enrollment for visa and residence permit procedures, then book your consulate appointment.

    • Once accepted, go to 'Documents' in your candidate portal
    • Generate and download your certificate of enrollment as a PDF
    • This document is required by Campus France and French consulates
    • Book an appointment at the French consulate or Campus France in your country
    • Our international team guides you through each step by email

    Please note

    Tip: a student visa takes 4–8 weeks to process. Start these steps as soon as you receive your admission letter.

    Step 4 of 4

    International payment

    Pay your tuition fees in EUR via international bank transfer (SWIFT/IBAN) with transparent fees.

    • Tuition fees are paid in euros (EUR) via SWIFT/IBAN bank transfer
    • Contact international@insiac.com after admission to receive our bank details
    • Include your full name and student number in the transfer reference
    • An installment payment plan is available on request
    • Keep proof of transfer — required at administrative registration

    Please note

    Tip: check your bank's exchange fees and commissions. Some banks charge extra for international transfers.
