RGAA 4.1

    Accessibility Statement

INSIAC SAS is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005, Decree No. 2019-768 of 24 July 2019 and the General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA) version 4.1.

Declaration date: June 2025 · Technologies used: React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS

    1. Conformity Status

    Partial conformity

The insiac.fr website is partially compliant with RGAA version 4.1, due to the non-conformities and exemptions listed below.

An internal accessibility audit was carried out in June 2025. RGAA criteria are under continuous evaluation. We are doing everything possible to achieve full conformity as soon as possible.

    2. Non-Accessible Content

    Videos without captions

Some educational videos embedded on the student platform do not yet have captions. We are working to add them for all videos by end 2025.

Workaround: a text transcript is available on request at accessibilite@insiac.fr.

    Non-accessible PDF documents

Some PDF documents (programme brochures, internal rules) are not fully compliant with PDF/UA accessibility standards.

Workaround: accessible HTML versions of key content are available on the site. For others, please contact us.

Insufficient contrast on some decorative elements

Some low-contrast decorative graphic elements do not reach the recommended 3:1 ratio (WCAG 1.4.11). These elements do not convey essential information.

Workaround: information is always available through other means (text, icons, etc.).

    Complex forms

The multi-step application form has accessibility limitations for screen readers when navigating between steps.

Workaround: applications can also be submitted by email to admissions@insiac.fr.

    3. Keyboard Navigation

The insiac.fr website is keyboard navigable. The following features are available without a mouse:

    • Navigation between links and interactive elements via Tab / Shift+Tab
    • Activation of links and buttons via Enter or Space
    • Navigation in dropdown menus via arrow keys
    • Closing modals and panels via the Escape key
    • A visible focus indicator is present on all interactive elements

Note: the multi-step application form has partial limitations (see section 2). A fix is planned for end 2025.
